This class is great way to learn about meditation and maybe start your own daily meditation practice. It is for anyone interested in understanding how their brain works, how they can change it for the better through meditation to improve their life. This is a simple practice that can be done by anyone, either sitting on the floor or in a chair. There's no need to change your clothes, come as you are in your work attire. All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. The workshop is also appropriate for experienced meditators who wish to refresh their practice and practice together in community.

When you turn onto campus there is a long, winding drive. Stay on the main drive for 5 speed bumps.
At the 5th bump, you will see on your left a sign that says Duncan Lodge in front of a large red brick building.
Immediately after this 5th speed bump, turn into the circular driveway on your left and park in the spaces available on the circular driveway.
