Yoga classes offered by Shri are open to students of all levels, and provide detailed instruction, making it ideal for beginners, while also offering advanced students options to challenge themselves physically. Seated warm ups are often followed by building strength through vinyasa sequences. Balancing poses and restorative postures are also explored based upon the students who attend any given day. You can routinely expect sun salutations A and B, followed by postures linked with rhythmic breathing, designed to strengthen the body, increase flexibility and release tension in the mind and body. Modifications are woven into this class to support everyone in it, and to foster an inclusive community.
